CALGARY SHAW Progressive Conservative Association Notice of Annual General Meeting The Annual General meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 7 p.m. at Midnapore Lake Residence Association, 185 Midlake BLVD SE Calgary, for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors and such other business properly brought forward. Members must show current membership, proof of age, and primary residence within the boundaries of the Constituency to be eligible to vote. Nominations for a position on the Board must be forwarded in writing by 7 p.m., Saturday, April 12th, 2014 to Stephen M.K. Hope at smkhope@shaw.ca.
