Your are named as a Defendant in this action. The Plaintiffs allege, inter alia, that your actions negligently caused or contributed to a June 7, 2011 fire in the Plaintiffs' multi-unit house located at 5004, 22nd Avenue NW, in Calgary, Alberta. The Plaintiffs seek damages for the losses they have incurred as a consequence of the fire.
