PUBLIC NOTICE ONE ENVIRONMENTAL INC. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT ACT NOTICE OF APPLICATION In accordance with the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, One Environmental Inc. has applied to Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development for an approval to construct and operate a Waste Management Facility for the stabilization of contaminated slurries, car wash sumps, industrial sumps and vacuum cleanup solids. The facility will be located at 261131 Wagon Wheel Way, in the Wagon Wheel Industrial Park, Rocky View County. Lot 4, Block 7 Plan 0810343, LLD NE 1/4 of Section 10 Township 26 Range 29 West of the 4th Meridian. Pursuant to section 73 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, any person who is directly affected by this operation may submit a written statement of concern regarding this application. Failure to file a statement of concern may affect the right to file a Notice of Appeal with the Environmental Appeals Board.
